PILATES MAT & PROPS
Enjoy this Pilates mat, total body work from the inside out using the original exercises created by Joseph Pilates! Designed to improve flexibility, muscle tone, core strength, spinal mobility and strength, and body-mind awareness. Challenge yourself in this Pilates mat prop class. This Pilates Prop class will deliver all the benefits as our Pilates Mat class, just mixing it up with props. You will need your mat, Pilates 8" ball, thera-band, and foam roller on hand. (50min
Connect and build a Strong Body for Life no matter your apparatus. Grab your OOV or an 8-inch Pilates ball along with a mat for these training sessions. The apparatus resistance of this specialized equipment provides a challenging, bone, balance strengthening and endurance workout. (50 min)

CARDIO STRENGTH FUSION
Taking our classes up a notch with interval training. You will work every part of your body with this cardio and strength Pilates workout. Just grab a light, medium set of hand weights, thera-band, mat and get ready to work and sweat!
Put on your tennis shoes for this body focused, non stop strength and balance session. Bring your Pilates 8" ball, thera-band, pair of light medium and heavy hand weights. (30 min) Contact Frankie if you need a Pilates ball and 6ft. thera band. No weights, no worries.
