SEMI-PRIVATE

Semi-Private Pilates sessions facilitate a more personal style of Pilates training whereby it is just you and no more than 3 other students. You will work through your own individually tailored Pilates program specific to your needs and requirements.  Grab a friend or your spouse and workout toghether!

SMALL GROUP

Experience a small group setting with hands on help to verify your body alignment and correction of techniques.  Improve postural alignment and perform challenging exercises in different planes of movement with an emphasis on core strength.  Feel invigorated, stretched and ready for anything after taking this class!
