Movement has always been about more than exercise to me. It’s about feeling strong in your body, confident in your life, and connected to yourself in a deeper way.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked with women who want more than a workout. They want to move with ease, stand taller, feel stronger, and create a life that supports their well-being for years to come. My approach blends mindful movement, strength, mobility, and encouragement in a way that feels both supportive and empowering.

I believe fitness should meet you where you are. Whether you’re returning to movement, rebuilding strength, or simply looking for a space where you feel comfortable and cared for, my goal is to help you feel seen, capable, and confident every step of the way.

Clients often tell me they feel calmer, stronger, and more connected after our sessions—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. That balance is at the heart of everything I teach.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me outside biking, hiking, roller skating, or spending time with family and friends. I bring that same belief into my work: wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about creating sustainable habits that help you feel your best.
